Sunrise sessions in Washington DC never disappoint. And honestly, they’re the only way to do a session there! It’s so peaceful during sunrise and you almost feel like you have DC to yourself. That’s how it felt on Saturday for Jacquelyne and Kyle’s engagement session! 

As you all know, mornings are not easy for me. Waking up before the sun does is hard haha. But it’s always always ALWAYS worth it! This time was no different! Spending time with Jacquelyne and Kyle was the best! These two are so genuine and joyful! They are both fitness specialists and that’s how they actually met each other! They met at work and just started exercising together. One thing led to another and they started dating!

Later on, Kyle proposed in such a unique way that was special to their passion. They were celebrating their anniversary when he pulled out a gift! They were a pair of running shoes! These just weren’t any pair of running shoes, though. As Jacquelyne was inspecting them she saw something written on the shoes! “Will you marry me?” was typed on the shoes! Gah! So cute!!! Of course we had to incorporate those shoes into their session too! Ah! I love it! 🙂
