The morning of Clay and Linda’s engagement session, I woke up at 3:30AM to start my trek to Roanoke. Let me explain. I had planned on staying near Roanoke with Justin’s parents so I would only need to wake up at 6, but there was a row of storms that came through the night before and I didn’t feel comfortable driving through them. Hence why I had to get up at 3:30AM! 

It was completely worth it, though! The light was phenomenal and these two were so sweet! I loved spending my morning with them! They totally rocked out the early morning and looked like such naturals! I can’t wait for their wedding! 

We started out at the Roanoke Country Club, which is where they’ll be having their wedding reception. It was absolutely beautiful there! Then we snapped a few photos in front of St. Andrews where they’ll have their ceremony! And lastly we grabbed a few springtime shots at the Hotel Roanoke because THOSE TREES were beautiful! Linda and Clay looked like they were in a fairytale! Especially with Linda’s beautiful, Cinderella-blue dress! 🙂
