i am in denial that it is ALREADY MONDAY. ew. monday. who came up with that day anyway? it’s especially hard to drag myself in to work today after such a full weekend. i spent time with wonderful friends, photographed a session just for me, and even slept in! this kind of weekend needs to happen more often! 😉

on friday, justin and i spent valentine’s dinner with one of my favorite families. we had so much fun! i love dining over a yummy meal with good company; my favorite! the little girl even proclaimed to the restaurant that she wanted to, “marry everyone.” hahahaha. so stinkin’ cute!

saturday, i had the extreme honor to photograph one of the sweetest ballerinas i know! i can’t wait to show you more of this awesome shoot tomorrow! i love spur of the moment shoots and deciding to do something personal, just for you. we had a blast! it’s nice shooting without any pressure!

i also got to meet an online celebrity! haha. kat (of dear sweetheart events) and i finally got to meet up and had a blast! i love meeting genuine people who have similar goals to mine and LOVE God. it really is a blessing to meet and work with so many wonderful creatives in this industry. can’t wait to hang out again! 🙂

i finished off my weekend spending time with two of my very best friends, carly and sara! we all went to longwood together and it’s been so nice that we’ve stayed in touch! i love these girls and i’m so thankful for their friendship! we’ve all been through so much together! i just wish we all still lived just a couple of blocks from each other like we did in college. ahhh… the good ol’ days! man, i sound so old talking about the “good ol’ days!” sheesh! well, i will be a quarter of a century soon. let’s not talk about that just yet haha.

anyway, i hope everyone else had a great weekend! now i’m off to teacher work day and a 3 hour cpr/first aid class. fun! 😉
