i feel like spring is finally here! partially because my allergies are back in full swing! i probably sneezed 3956 times. and that was just on saturday! haha. i’m totally okay with that as long as the warm weather stays. it’s about sacrifice! 😉

on friday i got to travel down to smithfield, va to visit the one and only sharon of sharon elizabeth photography! eeepp!!! it was so much fun and i love how genuine she is! i felt like she truly cared about me and my business and when we first met, i felt like it was just two friends reuniting! she is awesome and i cannot wait to share more about my mentoring session with her! 🙂

saturday i got to spend time with one of my beautiful brides, jessie! we got to shoot her bridals! i can’t believe i have to wait until june to share these with y’all! she is stunning and so sweet! she also made my day when she said she’d be practicing her model face for me! gah! so stinkin’ cute! day = made! 🙂

i finished off the day by having dinner with my dad and justin (fried pickles = amazing!) and seeing heaven is for real. that is definitely an awesome movie and will give you chill bumps! so good!

yesterday was easter, and i attended my first sunrise service. ever! while it was super early (i’m a night owl) and a wee bit chilly, it was definitely worth it and i can’t wait to do it again next year! how amazing it was to celebrate jesus’ resurrection as the sun was rising with so many people who love God.

i ended the day with a sweet senior session! anna is definitely going places and i cannot wait to share more with y’all! carytown was so much fun! i decided to stick around and watch catching fire at the byrd. gah! SO GOOD! i think it was even better the second time! p.s. they’re getting new seats WITH cup holders! YAY!

welp, i hope everyone had a beautiful easter weekend with your loved ones! i may or may not celebrate the end of my fast with some chick-fil-a! 😉
