my weekend started early, but still went by just as fast. justin and i decided to take off from work on friday so we could spend an extra day at his family’s house! it was very nice and very needed! i got to pet the cows (my favorite!), i caught my first fish EVER, learned how to shoot at a target (with a real gun! 😉 and we had a bonfire! it was so fun! he might make a country girl out of me yet! maybe! 😉 we even got to sneak in a mini-session of justin’s sister, chelsea, and her boyfriend, JP! can’t wait to share those pictures with y’all!

i also cleaned out my car! YAY! like vacuumed and EVERYTHING! it looks brand new – sorta! haha. now all i need to do is clean the inside windows and it will be perfect! 😉

yesterday, i explored belle isle with claire, luke, and my faithful assistant laura (so thankful for her!). can’t wait for y’all to see their engagement session! check HERE for a sneak peek!

gah! is it already monday?! again?! sad face!

welp, i’m off to work! today’s field trip day! we’re heading to lewis ginter botanical garden and we’re gonna play in the water area (that they apparently have haha). i’ve never been before, so i’m pretty excited! and a little nervous. 20 kids in bathing suits to keep track of?! pray for us! 🙂
