this weekend was definitely entertaining. between babysitting, photo shoots, and richmond adventures, i need another weekend just so i can relax. 😉

friday night consisted of babysitting some of my favorite kiddos and watching the croods (which was actually a pretty cute movie)! saturday was busy busy busy. i tried my best to sleep in, but i was TOO excited about our photo shoot/double date with nikki and her husband, matt. i spent my morning running errands that i never have time to do during the week. then i got my FIRST gel manicure and LOVE it! i love how my nails are still pretty and not chipped! yay! we’ll see how long it lasts after i have to wash my hands 372 times at school this week. 😉 we then ended the day with a fun photo shoot swap and date at the brickhouse run! i absolutely adore old town petersburg! so many fun places to explore and try!

sunday was also packed to the brim! after church, we moseyed around forest hill park before we met with some friends from church for lunch. then we headed to the hollywood costume display at the virginia museum of fine arts. yes, i got in trouble for taking pics even when i wasn’t guilty sometimes. i even got to see CAPTAIN JACK SPARROW’S COSTUME and BATMAN’S COSTUME! ahhhhh!!! now i just need to meet those actors and my life will be complete! 😉 justin and i decided to stick around richmond and explore carytown while waiting to see a movie at the byrd! we ended up watching prisoners which was CRAY-CRAY (and i totally had nightmares). but it was still really good and intense! if you like law & order svu, you’ll definitely like this movie! 🙂

well, back to another work week! here’s a quick instagram recap of my weekend! 😉
