hi, i’m ashley.

if you see me like this, you’ll know i’m in my happy place.

it can be one of those terrible-horrible-no-good-very-bad days, but if it ends like this, i’m in heaven.

i know this may sound weird, or cliche, but i am the most “me” i’ve ever been when i’m behind my camera.

all of my cares fade into the distance.

all that matters, at that moment, is you!

i give all of me, to tell your story.

i forget about everything else in my life, because your story is what’s important.

something else i’ve noticed about this whole “photography thing” is my confidence.

i am not the most self-confident person in the world; i get that.

but when i’m behind my camera, i am the most confident i’ve ever been.

my insecurities disappear because i am confident in my abilities to give you my very best. 

it’s such a great feeling and one i hope never goes away.

photography has my heart.

it’s what makes me me.
