this weekend has been a whirlwind. i feel like i was JUST getting off of work on friday for the weekend and it’s already time to head back to the daily grind. i know i say this all the time, but who’s with me in starting a petition to lengthen the weekend?! any takers?!

3 sessions, a roadtrip, and lots of adventures in between sounds like a fun weekend to me! on saturday, justin and i traveled to warrenton to meet up with katie and brent for their engagement session! these two are so nice! we had a blast walking around old town and getting to know them! they even treated us to dinner afterwards! katie was so funny. she said it was going to look totally sketchy (since it was at a truckstop), but the food was amazing! as promised, the food was GREAT! they even introduced us to the amazingness of an apple crisp! YUM!

i also did a sunrise boudoir session this weekend and a sun-filled family session! needless to say, there will be a lot of pretty sessions headed your way soon! want to see a sneak peek? go HERE! 🙂 

the great thing about this week is that we have 4 days of school! friday is a teacher-work day, so i’m not counting that as a real work day! haha. so yay to a 4-day weekend!!!

well, i’ll try not to bore you with my life too much haha. this weekend was nice! it was fun to take a mini-roadtrip along the way! it was nice to just pull off at different places and just explore! i can’t wait to do it again when we photograph katie and brent’s wedding in maryland at the end of september. did i mention how much i love my “job”? it’s the best! 🙂
