EASY SPRING ENTERTAINING CHECKLIST

Okay, so last month really flew by. I guess it didn’t help that February was only 28 days! It’s amazing

Okay, so last month really flew by. I guess it didn’t help that February was only 28 days! It’s amazing what a few extra days can do for you! I want to be sure to utilize these extra few days this month. And as tired as I might feel at times (thanks daylight savings time! :P), I’m ready to work on this list!

I’m also excited to hang out with friends and family, enjoying longer (and hopefully warmer) days, and just get back into the swing of things!!!! 🙂

These were some of the high points in February:

– Collaborated with Kat and Katherine for the Valentine’s Day Boudoir Sessions!!!

– Had a fun Valentine’s Adventure with Justin! Can’t wait to go geocaching again! 🙂

– Shot Amanda of Sorby Sweets’ head shots!

– Survived the flu!

– Hung out with my sweet friends!

– Photographed a fun snow session!

– Had a snow day!

– Photographed the sweetest family’s baby announcement!

– Enjoyed a fun Encouragement Session with Jen! 🙂

These are my goals for the month of March:

– Finally finish taxes! I’m meeting with my tax guy tomorrow, finally! We’ve had to reschedule our appointment a couple of times, so I’m excited to finally meet with him and get everything taken care of!

– Welcome new brides and grooms into the V.A. Photography family! 🙂 I’m excited to meet and welcome my new brides and grooms in this photography family! I love my couples and can’t wait to serve them! 🙂

– Finish prepping for my workshop!!! AH!!! So I feel like March totally snuck up on us. Ready to finish final workshop prep! I’m also going by the plantation tomorrow and to pick out the dress! EEE!!! Cannot wait! 🙂 🙂 🙂 So excited to encourage these awesome ladies attending and help them grow!

– Keep it up with my Barre and Zumba classes! PLUS I’ve been doing free-weights at home! Okay, not trying to brag, but I’ve been doing normally THREE classes a week. Sometimes 4! <— when I’m lucky! haha. I even got up on Monday to do a 6:30AM Barre class. Now, if Moe’s wouldn’t have opened, this would have helped! 🙂 I’ve also been trying to do free weights at home too! Staying serious and trying to get better. So far, I’m still very weak, but get stronger each day! 🙂

– Mail packages! I’ve been putting together a fun package for creatives and I need to finally send them out this month. I’m hoping this week! I think I can, I think I can…

– Have my first 2015 engagement session! SO EXCITED to hang out with one of my 2015 couples for their session. YAY! We had to reschedule last month because I got the yucky flu! Praying everyone stays healthy and the weather is nice! 🙂

– See Cinderella and InsurgentYou guys, I cannot wait to see both of these movies! Who wants to go with me?! 🙂

– Enjoy Creative @ Heart! Yay! I’m so excited to be one of the photographers for the second round of the Creative @ Heart Conference! Ahhh!!! When Kat e-mailed me, I had to pick my jaw off the floor! Cannot wait to be a part of this incredible conference! And I’m so excited to be photographing it!! Can’t wait!!

– Photograph one of my first bride’s maternity session!!! EEEKK!!!! So excited and honored! 🙂

– STOP worrying! So this is more of a long term goal and something I feel I’ll always struggle with, but hey! It’s something I can work towards every day, right?! 🙂

I felt like 10 goals was a great place to start. It’s a fair amount, but not too overwhelming. I’m ready to work hard this month!

What about you?! I’d love to hear about your goals for the month!
