You guys, I can’t believe Justin and I have been married for almost one month (next week!)!!!! It’s crazy!!! Things are flying by so fast! I don’t want to forget some of the things that have been making me laugh or feel thankful.
Yay! I’m so excited to finally share Valerie’s senior photos with y’all! This was a session a week in the making! We met one afternoon for her session at Cosby High School to capture Valerie in her element: the softball field. While we were wrapping up that part of the session, dark clouds starting rolling in and we could hear thunder quickly approaching. We rushed to Sunday Park to finish her session, but when we arrived we knew that was not going to happen.
Our trip to Charleston, South Carolina for our mini-honeymoon was short and sweet. And honestly, it couldn’t have been better! We loved getting to explore this city as newlyweds! Justin and I are both foodies and loved eating our way through the town! It was wonderful!
I am so thankful and honored I could be there for Sam, Mike, and Lulu on Saturday. Sam and Mike are so sweet! Remember their romantic wedding back in March? When Sam contacted me and told me that their sweet pup was diagnosed with cancer, we knew we needed to make a family session happen. I am so thankful we were able to make this happen because their sweet and loving pup passed away yesterday.
Sunrise sessions in Washington DC never disappoint. And honestly, they’re the only way to do a session there! It’s so peaceful during sunrise and you almost feel like you have DC to yourself.
