On Saturday, I joined Sam and Ward for their wedding day at Christopher Newport University. There were so many personal elements throughout the day that reflected their sweet love story. On Saturday, I had the privilege of photographing Katy and Trevor’s sweet backyard ceremony. It was a HOT day, but so full of love! Everyone was so excited to see these two join together in holy matrimony!

While preparing for Morgan and Sharkey’s wedding at Sundara, I learned a lot about these two! I also learned how much heart was put into their big day!!! There were so many personal elements that they put into their wedding day. I LOVED it!!! 🙂

On Friday, I got to be a part of something really special: an elopement! I have never photographed one before and was so honored to be asked! Kat and John are friends of my friend, Sarah, part of The Proper Petal! When they asked if I was available to photograph their elopement, I was ecstatic!
