Our trip to Charleston, South Carolina for our mini-honeymoon was short and sweet. And honestly, it couldn’t have been better! We loved getting to explore this city as newlyweds! Justin and I are both foodies and loved eating our way through the town! It was wonderful!
You guys, I’ve been having some real George Bailey moments lately. For those of you who don’t know who he is, shame on you! He’s only from the greatest Christmas movie of all time (in my opinion): A Wonderful Life. I watch it every year and fall in love with it even more. And I still cry even though I’ve seen the ending countless times. It’s just that good!
I was thinking about this the other day and decided to write a post about it!
Last year, I wrote a post about the good things we have in our lives that we might take for granted. I shared 5 things in my life that are just plain good. We often just rush through our lives and go through the motions. It’s so important to slow down and focus solely on the positive things no matter how big or small they are. I know when I’m having a rough day, it’s so nice to do this. It takes the attention off of the negative things and shines light on the positive things.
Ya know, just in case y’all aren’t completely tired of hearing about Justin and I, today’s blog post is taking a little trip down memory lane today. I’m excited to share these fun, and slightly embarrassing photos of us throughout our relationship!
